Contracts or agreements between different persons are constituted and validated by the Indian Contracts Act. In certain circumstances, a guardian of a minor could enter into a valid contract on behalf of the minor. Such an agreement, concluded by the guardian for the benefit of the minor, could also be applied by the minor. Where a person who is unable to enter into a contract is taken into the care of another person of necessity, the person who provided is entitled to a refund of the property of that incompetent person, including a child. However, if the minor has no property of his own, he cannot be required to reimburse the other person.
